The IAF World Fashion Convention grants large discounts on the early bird and regular entry tickets to IAF members, members of IAF member industry associations and clients and relations of IAF corporate or associate members. If you are unclear whether or not you are eligible for the reduced rate, please check with Matthijs Crietee. If you register and pay for a reduced ticket price and you are not eligible for this discount, you will receive an additional invoice covering the price difference between the regular price and the discounted price.
Upon completion of your order and the payment of your order you will have definitely registered for the IAF Convention. You will not receive a ticket but you will receive an automatic mail confirming your registration. Your conference badge, giving you access to the events that you have registered and paid for, will be handed to you at the convention hotel, the Pearl Continental in Lahore. As a registered delegate, you will receive several information mails helping you prepare for your visit.
Your tickets can be refunded if you choose to cancel your participation in the IAF’s 35th World Fashion Convention or in parts thereof at least one month prior to the start of the event on Sunday November 10th. An administration fee of € 50.- will be subtracted from your reimbursement. You can apply for a refund by sending an email to Matthijs Crietee.
If you cancel your participation less than a month before the start of the event on Sunday November 10th you are not eligible for a refund.
